Special time to say "I Miss You"

Wow he told me that he miss me than he cry. OMG he feel what I feel.
He have been told me that
"u must not say miss me any time, u need a special time to say it" (did u feel it too?? I don't think so)
But I like to say that just because I feel it beib
"I miss u anytime and anywhere"
When he told me to make a special time to say it, I always keep my feeling, I don't wanna make he bored with my feeling.
He always looks cool, but some time when he call me just to say
"I miss u beib"
Its make me melted. And I understand why we must to have a special time to say that wold.
When u never say "I miss u" than in the time u say it, its feel so sweeties. But if u always say it, its not like a special moment u have.
If someone ask me "How sweeties my love?"
Hmmm... I never can answer it
